Your primary project will focus on supporting the revision of our Belt Program-a structured curriculum covering our core products and services through White, Blue, and Black Belt levels. With a relaunch of the Blue Belt planned for Spring 2025, you'll play a key role in updating the curriculum to better reflect our business goals and enhance the learner experience, while gaining firsthand exposure to impactful project work.Which tasks will you perform?

• Integrate fully into our team, contributing to projects that drive personal and professional growth.
• Engage in full-time assignments, gaining hands-on experience.
• Tackle impactful projects that offer real-world challenges and valuable insights.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop both technical and soft skills.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn certifications and networking.
• Work autonomously on assigned projects and assignments, receiving regular feedback to support continuous improvement. What do we expect from you?You will be (required):
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Certificate in Instructional Design or related field You may have (preferred):
    • Familiarity with ADDIE model
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
    • Ability to consider the learner's experience, identifying potential areas of confusion and determining the need for additional practice
    • Strong sense of attention to detail and creativity; able to think outside of the box
    • Experience with Articulate Rise and/or Storyline
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges
    • Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership for your projectsWhat can you expect from us?
