Description:Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team at a senior living community located just 10 minutes away from downtown Terre Haute, IN. This highly rated skilled nursing facility offers short-term rehab, outpatient therapy, long-term care, and assisted/independent living. The well-appointed therapy gym offers modalities and features a Hydroworx therapy pool.This PT will primarily conduct evaluations, supervisory visits, recertifications, and discharges, and also provide treatments.Position Details: Competitive hourly rate. Full-Time: 3040 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday.
