Certification Details
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Nursing License/Certificate Verification, Additional Healthcare Vaccines, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap.
- Job Details
- CVICU RN able to care for both cardiac medical ICU patients and cardiothoracic/vascular surgery ICU patients.
- Required to be competent in NxStage and Impella.
  - Job Requirements
  - Must be AHA BLS certified.
  - Must be AHA ACLS certified.
  - Nursys licensure verification required.
  - Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    - Additional Details
    - Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
